The 6-Session Package
This isn't a course you passively consume. It's six weeks of working together to build a breathwork practice that fits your body, your cycle, and your real life.
What we'll do together
We start with the fundamentals. I'll assess your breathing patterns, most women have dysfunctional breathing habits they don't even know about. We'll talk about your menstrual cycle (or where you are in perimenopause/post-menopause), your energy patterns, your stress triggers, and what you actually need.
Session 1: Assessment
We correct what's not working. You'll learn functional breathing techniques from the Oxygen Advantage method to optimise your breathing mechanics. This is the foundation everything else builds on - better sleep, less anxiety, more resilience.
Sessions 2-3: Foundation
Now we get specific. I'll teach you breathwork practices matched to your menstrual cycle phases (or hormonal patterns if you're perimenopausal/post-menopausal). You'll learn which practices energise, which ones calm, and when to use each one. This is where you stop fighting your body and start working with it.
Sessions 4-5: Cycle-Based Practices
We create your sustainable practice, the techniques you'll actually use when life gets chaotic, when you can't sleep, when you're walking into a difficult meeting, when you feel the pre-menstrual overwhelm rising.
Session 6: Integration

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions over 6-12 weeks, online via Zoom.
Personalised practice plans
After each session, you'll receive your tailored breathwork practices to use at home. Simple, specific, doable.

We'll work with whatever patterns your body has, whether that's perimenopause, post-menopause, irregular cycles, or PCOS. The principles still apply.

Yes, via Zoom. You just need a quiet space, comfortable clothes, and a mat or blanket to lie on.

Life happens. We can reschedule with 24 hours notice. The six sessions are yours to use within a 12-week window.

That's what the discovery session is for. It's a full working session, not a consultation, so you get to actually experience the work.
