My teaching draws on ashtanga yoga, but adapted to soften and strengthen the body. We will begin with working on your breath - a functional breathing foundation is essential for developing an effective yoga practice.

Private yoga classes can take place at my countryside home near Axbridge in Somerset, I live 30 minutes drive from Bristol and 20 minutes from Weston-Super-Mare. I am also happy to travel up to 30 minutes from Axbridge if you would prefer to have a one to one session in your own home.

Absolutely! I love working with beginners, we will work together to develop a simple practice you can learn and practice at home and adapt the practice to your specific needs or requirements.
