Breathe and Thrive is a 5-week self-paced breathwork mini-course designed for busy people like you. Life can be a juggling act – career, kids, family, home and all-the-things! Amidst it all, your wellbeing matters and learning how to breathe properly and breathe well, is the foundation for your health.

Each week will build on the next, with ‘homework’ each week in the form of incorporating breath practices into your every day life. By the end of the 5 lessons, you will have an understanding on the basic science of breathing, why it is so important for your health and how to include simple and effective breathing practices seamlessly into your life.

What is functional breathing?

Functional breathing refers to optimal breathing that supports your health, energy, and overall well-being. It involves learning how to breath in a way that maximises oxygen delivery to tissues while minimising stress, building resilience and improving heart rate variability. Why is this so important? Lesson 4: Using the breath to increase energy

  • How to harness your breath to increase prana (energy)
